About Marta

Founder, Molo Works

I'm Marta — the founder of MoloWorks.

Spanish-born, London-based for nearly a decade. I hold a Bachelor and Masters in Architecture from the University of Navarra. From there, I spent years at Foster + Partners and Heatherwick Studio, two of the most exacting practices in the world.

Before founding MoloWorks, I spent several years at Kettal, the high-end architecture and furniture brand — where I developed a deep understanding of materials, craft, and how furniture shapes a space.

That combined background is what I bring to every project: thinking about space at every scale, from the first sketch and spatial layout to construction coordination, material choices, and final sourcing. Nothing is an afterthought.

Now I work independently, with a small number of clients at a time — whether that's a single advisory session or a full renovation from concept to completion.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a white shirt, beige pants, and black sneakers, sitting on a beige couch in a living room. She has her hands on her lap and is looking slightly to her left. There is a gold and glass side table with a small brown bowl and some magazines. Behind her, there is a painting of a woman in a yellow dress on the wall and a silver arc floor lamp near the window with closed white curtains.
